MELROSE PLACE

Currently in progress, this home was a bland bore filled with dirty, dog hair filled, stained carpet, a kitchen straight out of the 70's (and not in the cool way), and awkwardly broken up spaces.

We're in the process of updating the exterior, reworking the interior, and bringing this home back to life.  We removed the pony-wall separating the dining and living rooms, as well as removed the wood stove that took up a huge space in the living room.  We stripped out all the old flooring, replace the kitchen linoleum with a concrete-look tile, and the smelly old carpet with fresh laminate planks. We kept the original lower cabinets and painted them, and added new upper cabinets, and new walnut butcher block counters! We also gave her a new roof and a fresh coat of silky black paint on the exterior with a cute pop of shingles on her front elevation.

Next on the list: trim out the interior, finish out the bathrooms, and paint!
