CAMPBELL LAKE

We took this kitchen from a drab and dated 90's oak cabinet eyesore, to a fresh and modern, light-filled space- on a budget. We kept the original lower cabinets and opted to paint them, refinished the counters in a faux Carrera Marble treatment, put up subway tile on the backsplash and replaced the upper cabinets with raw-edge wood open shelving and crisp white glass pane cabinets.

We also transformed the old craft room into an eclectic, gender neutral nursery. Knowing that the home would be on the market soon, we opted for a bold, but temporary, wallpaper which could be easily removed by the new owners.

This home sold less than two months later!
