They're not super warm so I'm not sure I'd go running outdoors with them in the winter, but the fabric feels great and breathable, especially when I start sweating in Yoga class.

jacket is my favorite mid layer right now. It's a bit too chilly to go out without a large jacket over it, but I like throwing it on first thing in the morning to let the dog out, and then I end up wearing it all day. I'm not in to super girly athletic gear, so I love how it has some little feminine details without screaming "
